Delivery Service

With the Coronavirus outbreak causing such worrying times for us all, here at The Curry Counter, we want our customers to know we are here to help where we can.
 
You can still have your favourite food delivered to your home. We want to limit social contact but not limit your ability to order food from us.

Just Call and speak to one of our team to order your takeaway and we will arrange delivery. 

Self-isolating No Contact Drop & Ring Delivery Service 

We want to help people that are self isolating, so we are offering a NON CONTACT Drop & Call delivery service.

If you are self-isolating or would just prefer a non-contact delivery please call and discuss your arrangements with one of our team.

Explain you require our Drop & Call service, describe and agree a safe place your delivery can be left - Safe for our staff and safe for your food - Like a doorstep or other secure close location.

Then make your order as usual and provide the best contact phone number to call you on (mobile or landline)

Your food will be prepared and then delivered to the agreed safe place. Our delivery driver will leave it in the safe place and return to their vehicle, then ring you to tell you your food is delivered.

Why not try a bulk delivery of chilled food?

Did you know you can order your favourite Curry Counter foods in larger quantities? Have it in ready to heat and eat when you are craving your favourite curry!

You can order our food to be delivered cold and at a time that suits you. Then simply store it in your fridge or even freeze it to keep for longer.  We do family sized larger curries and rices, or order in a range of your favourites!

We can do weekly deliveries of larger orders, just get in touch to discuss your order and delivery time.

COVID19 - Coronavirus Statement

At The Curry Counter, protecting the welfare of our employees and customers is paramount. Therefore, we are taking all the appropriate measures to ensure that our employees and customers are protected.

As a food producer we already have systems in place to ensure strict hygiene policies are adhered to, however we have increased the frequency in which staff wash and sanitise their hands, equipment and work surfaces.

In response to the spread of the COVID-19 virus, The Curry Counter is following Public Health England daily guidelines and making sure we are up to date with the latest information.

We would like to assure our customers that business will operate as usual though we anticipate some disruption to our daily processes in the coming weeks.

It is our priority to make sure that our customers continue to receive a high level of service and we will be making sure to keep all our customers informed throughout these uncertain times.

As there is a great deal of false information circulating regarding the virus, it is important to refer only to advice by well-informed organisations such as Public Health England and the World Health Organisation.
 
Our Retail Stores will remain open and we will be continuing our delivery service while we can. We advise ringing to order your delivery and our staff will arrange your food and delivery.

If you are self-isolating, we can still deliver to you in this difficult time – Please discuss your arrangements with a member of our team and we can deliver a no-contact doorstep drop and ring service.  (or another convenient/safe place to leave your takeaway) We will arrange to drop and ring you to inform you of your delivery if you provide your phone number when ordering order.
